Returns & Refunds


Within 30 days of your very first purchase of a PRODUXA ® Premium 16oz standalone bottle or the Kit 1, you are guaranteed a FULL refund if you are not entirely satisfied during the 30 day period.
If you have any issue or like to return your order, please  contact our customer care team by using the contact form.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the original packaging and you need to provide a proof of purchase (receipt).

Gallon(s) which have been opened are not refundable. If you want to try the product out, please do not order large quantities as they do not qualify for a refund if opened.

Note: You must return all microfiber towels, the Detailing Sponge, and the 16oz bottle to be eligible for a refund (if applicable).

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since product purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

We are not responsible for products returned incorrectly or in error.

If any item(s) are returned outside of the Refund Policy terms, they will not be shipped back and will not be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email to

IMPORTANT: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not refund shipping charges. Please be aware that international return shipping costs to our US facilities can be higher than the actual product cost. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
